  1. Promotion is open to residents of England who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoter (Freixenet Copestick Limited), their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

  2. Internet access required. No purchase is required.

  3. Promotion Period: The promotion is available in specified participating venues in England as follows:

  4. All Bar One: 18 May until 23:59 on 18 September 2022;

  5. Miller & Carter: 5 May until 23:59 on 18 September 2022; and

  6. Premium Country Pubs: 17 May until 23:59 on 18 September 2022.

  7. To participate: Find a promotional neck collar and scan the QR code, or access freixenetberryspritz.co.uk during the Promotion Period. Submit your name and email address and enable location services OR enter your postcode to find your nearest participating venue. When you have selected your desired venue, confirm your selection and you will receive a voucher code by email. Take the email with the voucher code to your selected venue, during the Promotion Period, and bar staff will pour your Freixenet Berry Spritz.

  8. There is a maximum of 10,000 Freixenet Berry Spritz drinks available to be claimed. If there are no voucher codes remaining you will be informed when you access the landing page.

  9. Maximum 1 voucher per email address.

  11. Vouchers are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  12. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, any affected participants will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or prizes.

Privacy: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the fulfilment of voucher codes for your Freixenet Berry Spritz and for no other purpose unless we have your consent or unless you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. Your personal data as supplied during this promotion will be deleted not more than 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period (so deletion will be by or on 18 December 2022) unless you have opted in to receive future marketing communications.   1. The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services.

  2. Any voucher is subject to the terms and conditions as applicable to the participating venue. Any venue reserves the right to ask for proof of age before serving a participant, and to refuse service to any participant who is unable to provide such proof.

  3. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects delivery of their voucher code.

  4. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

  5. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of using any voucher code. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

  6. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the running of the Promotion or to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion, with no liability to entrants or third parties.

  7. The Promoter's decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

  8. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
